Andy Pepper, Director of Sales

Andy comes to ITA after a long history of proven success in all facets of the audio visual industry. From corporate events to motion picture and television production in Cincinnati and Los Angeles, Andy brings a unique perspective to the ITA team to help us continue to deliver excellence to our clients.  

 

Tony Arata, Account Sales Manager Tony’s work history encompasses an unparalleled expertise in design and sales of integrated and industrial systems. No stranger to customizing projects for challenging locations and engineering systems with cutting-edge technology, Tony devoted more than 18 years to the design and sales field in the industrial steam and HVAC industry.

Ken Bowers, Event Services and Sales Support, our “AV Ambassador”  A long-time AV pro, Ken started his career working in the audio visual field while in high school. Ken is a master at the creative use of state-of-the-art technology and leveraging the talents of our technical team to ensure all goes well at his clients' events.

Carl Heck, Account Sales Manager Carl has been in the audio visual and event business for his entire career.  Out of college, he worked for Muzak/Comcast, starting as a Customer Relations Manager.  Eventually he became the Sales Manager at Muzak. Carl then spent several years in the tradeshow/exhibit industry where he developed a keen sense of what makes for a successful event.

Charles "Buzz" Wheatley, Sales Director - Hotel Services After a twenty year career in the sales and marketing of advertising, interactive, and business services across the US, Buzz began working for ITA in 2009. Jason Mathews, Area Manager - Rental Operations After 7 years as a lead technician with an AV firm in the Cleveland area Jason's mastery includes a wide array of video related elements - anything from one camera to multi-camera shoots, HD displays, image magnification, matrix switching as well planning signal paths and directing/producing special events.

After 7 years as a lead technician with an AV & Staging company in the Cleveland area, Jason joined ITA in 2012 and was quickly promoted to his current position as a Regional Manager.  In his current role, he continues to utilize his extensive technical background, customer centric approach, high integrity, and reliability to promote ITA’s products and services and to ensure consistent client satisfaction. Jason oversees AV Rental Operations for ITA’s Columbus Office and for ITA’s hotel partners within his region. 

Dennis Segrist, Regional Manager - Rental Operations Dennis has been employed with ITA for over eight years in both hotel services and rental and staging. After beginning his career in the mid-90s, Dennis quickly rose to his current position as regional manager and continues to be actively involved in all areas of rental operations and AV services. He oversees the company’s team of experts to ensure they deliver excellence at all levels – and thus guarantees that with ITA’s service and inventory, clients are always professionally equipped.

Dennis has been employed with ITAsince 1997 in both hotel services and rental and staging. After beginning his career in the mid-90s, Dennis quickly rose to his current position as regional manager and continues to be actively involved in all areas of rental operations and AV services. He oversees the company’s team of experts to ensure they deliver excellence at all levels – and thus guarantees that with ITA’s service and inventory, clients are always professionally equipped.

 
Tony Mignott, Regional Manager - Rental Operations Tony began working in the AV industry as a volunteer in his church’s media department. He quickly discovered his love for "all things AV". After serving our country for four years in the US Air Force he attended the University of Alabama, maintaining his AV proficiency working as an Audio/Visual Specialist at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center.  Upon graduation, Tony moved to Princeton, NJ to work as Assistant Director and Audio/Video Producer for a national AV company until his love for the South led Tony back to Alabama where he joined ITA’s team as a Director of AV Services, quickly rose through the ranks and now serves as a Regional Manager – Rental Operations.
