Dennis has been employed with ITA for over eight years in both hotel services and rental and staging. After beginning his career in the mid-90s, Dennis quickly rose to his current position as regional manager and continues to be actively involved in all areas of rental operations and AV services. He oversees the company’s team of experts to ensure they deliver excellence at all levels – and thus guarantees that with ITA’s service and inventory, clients are always professionally equipped.

In Dennis’s words, “The buck stops with me.” His position as a regional manager isn’t overshadowed by his attention to detail – in fact, he demands the same degree of excellence from his staff, who provide the equipment rental and live support services throughout the tri-state area encompassing Cincinnati, Dayton, Lexington and Indianapolis. Dennis values customer-centric operations that also focus on and benefit the client from start to finish, and expects superior work from his staff when providing behind-the-scenes work and event execution, in order that clients can focus on guests and attendees instead of their AV capabilities.
