Mark's involvement in the AV "industry" began in 1974 while working at the Woodland's Inn & Conference Center (TX). In 1976 he returned to Cincinnati, his home town, and worked in the Rental Department of a large AV Dealership before being recruited in 1979 to create and manage what became a very successful Rental Operation for a new dealership in the area.
Mark went on to establish ITA in August of 1982. Today he is less involved in the company's day-to-day operations but still loves working on creative solutions to meet our customers diverse needs.

Dennis has been employed with ITA for over eight years in both hotel services and rental and staging. After beginning his career in the mid-90s, Dennis quickly rose to his current position as regional manager and continues to be actively involved in all areas of rental operations and AV services. He oversees the company’s team of experts to ensure they deliver excellence at all levels – and thus guarantees that with ITA’s service and inventory, clients are always professionally equipped.
After 7 years as a lead technician with an AV firm in the Cleveland area Jason's mastery includes a wide array of video related elements - anything from one camera to multi-camera shoots, HD displays, image magnification, matrix switching as well planning signal paths and directing/producing special events.
