After earning his Astrophysics degree, Alex joined ITA in 2012 as a DAVS at the Cincinnati Marriott North East, where he honed his AV industry expertise and cultivated exceptional customer service skills. Progressing to the Special Projects role, Alex applied his Eagle Scout discipline and industry know-how to streamline processes company-wide, collaborating with every ITA location. Now serving as General Manager, Alex leverages his diverse experience to skillfully manage, oversee, and drive strategic initiatives for ITA, ensuring the highest level of excellence for clients and partners.
Adam is a designer, technical expert, and production management professional with 15+ years of experience in the live event industry. With solid foundations in production, stage and lighting design, Adam brings a comprehensive approach to each event. Every event and every client has a story to tell and that’s the guiding principle for every design. Adam leverages his team of designers, technicians and managers to shepherd events from conceptualization through execution with a focus on achieving the client’s mission and providing a unique and unforgettable experience for the audience. Adam holds his BFA in Theatre Design & Production from the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati as well as certification from ESTA’s elite ETCP Entertainment Electrician program.
Dennis has been employed with ITA since 1997 in both hotel & event services. After beginning his career in the mid-90s, Dennis quickly rose to his current position as Regional Manager and continues to be actively involved in all areas of rental operations and AV services. He oversees his team of experts to ensure they deliver excellence at all levels – and thus guarantees that our clients are always professionally equipped.
Devon has worked in professional theatre for over 10 years, building off her degree in Technical Theatre and Design. After relocating to the Columbus area, she joined the team at ITA as Area Manager of the Columbus Region. In this role, Devon is able to put her leadership and technical skills to use, ensuring that her team provides a complete range of professional AV services that exceed expectations to all of our partners and clients.
Shaun has worked over 16 years as a Satellite TV installer and trainer, home theater installer, front of house mix engineer, recording/mixing and mastering studio engineer, and full time musician. In 2016 he joined ITA as Director of Audio Visual Services in Cleveland, OH before being promoted to North Regional Manager. Shaun uses his past experience as an installer to ensure a seamless AV experience that WOW’s our clients.
Following a long career in pro-audio and television production in Michigan, Rob joined our rental services team in 2010. In 2014, Rob relocated to Nashville and by 2017 was promoted to manage ITA’s rental operations throughout the region where he now applies his technical, creative and managerial skills to ensure his team provides ITA’s best-in-class, value-added onsite AV services for our hotel partners and their guests.
Jason first began providing Audio/Visual (“A/V”) Services in 1992 as his church’s A/V Coordinator recording sermons and special events then providing copies to its parishioners. In 1999, Jason joined ITA where he has worked as a Director of AV Services in both Alabama and Texas until his promotion to Area Manager – Rental Operations. Jason remains a dedicated musician, teaching guitar part-time and is the lead guitarist of a popular Austin rock quartet.
Buzz began working for ITA in 2009 after a twenty year career in the sales and marketing of advertising, interactive and business services across the US. As ITA Sales Director – Hotel Services his diverse background provides a unique, customer centric perspective on the hospitality industry. And his presentation experience in business meetings and industry events offers our hotel partners the expertise and cutting edge perspective required to deliver consistent high quality results.
Jamie brings 20 years of Sales and Management experience to bear from the Advertising and Marketing Industries. His prior experience included work for Gannett, iHeart Media and Raycom Media among others. Throughout his career Jamie partnered with a wide variety of local and national accounts to provide outstanding service for their advertising and marketing needs.
Nico has been with ITA for over 5 years, rising quickly through the ranks of our technical department & onto the Accounts Team. He combines his extensive technical knowledge, good instincts & creativity to both solve problems & come up with solutions for our clients. Fun Fact: He’s fluent in German, English & Spanish!
Tony’s work history encompasses an unparalleled expertise in design and sales of integrated and industrial systems. No stranger to customizing projects for challenging locations and engineering systems with cutting-edge technology, Tony devoted more than 18 years to the design and sales field in the industrial steam and HVAC industry.
As an innovator who transforms vision into reality, Mike excels in design and managing projects of all shapes and sizes in the audio/video and broadcast industries. During his 30-year career, Mr. Belanger has developed a very diverse and extensive skillset that few possess. Mr. Belanger is CEV certified by the Society of Broadcast Engineers and currently in the process of earning his CTSD certification through InfoComm International®. He studied radio/TV/film at the University of Cincinnati and successfully completed U.S. Navy Electronics Technician Training. For the past 16 years, Mr. Belanger has served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT for the Salem/Morrow Fire Department, achieving the rank of Lieutenant.
